Responsible and respectful guests are welcomed with open arms.... 
Smoking in the garden and verandas, parties at the nearby beach clubs please.....
Please turn off the air conditioner, ceiling fans and lights when you leave the house....

There are a lot of toys available in the house. Please keep them in order and put them in their boxes after playing...
Also, as a courtesy to our hard working cleaning staff, please be a little careful with the state of the house at check-out.....
When accepting to rent, our guests agree and release us from all liability.
This includes any and all liability for personal injuries or damage and loss of personal belongings.....
